Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

The conditions for using Chatlybot: what the service is, what you can do with it, what limits it has and what each party is responsible for.

1. Who provides the service

Chatlybot is a service provided by Itsemmagt, a natural person domiciled in the United States (hereinafter, "the provider"). "Chatlybot" is the name of the service, not a company.

For any question about these terms you can write to [email protected].

2. The service

Chatlybot is a chat bot for Twitch and Kick and a control panel for live streams on Twitch, Kick and TikTok. On Twitch and Kick the bot reads and writes in your chat; on TikTok there is no bot: the service watches your LIVE (viewers, gifts, followers and what is said in chat) and never posts on your behalf. It includes commands, points, giveaways, song requests, synthetic voice, alerts and overlays for OBS, channel analytics, an assistant powered by artificial intelligence and restreaming: forwarding the video of your live stream from one platform to another of your own accounts without broadcasting it twice.

The service is in beta. Features may change, grow or be withdrawn; changes that affect you will be announced in the panel.

3. Account and minimum age

You sign in with a Google account or with a link sent to your email. There are no passwords. Your Twitch, Kick or TikTok channels are connected afterwards, from the panel.

You must be at least 13 years old, which is the minimum age on Twitch, and if you are under 18 you must have the consent of a parent or guardian. TikTok LIVE features require being over 18 under TikTok's rules.

Each account belongs to a single person, who is responsible for what happens with it and for keeping its access safe. If you think someone has entered your account, sign out everywhere from the panel (Account → Danger zone) and write to us.

4. Acceptable use

By using the service you agree not to:

  • Use the bot to send spam, harass anyone or spread content that breaks the rules of the platform you stream on.
  • Circumvent the rules, limits or sanctions of Twitch, Kick, TikTok, YouTube or Spotify through the service.
  • Extract data from channels that are not yours or use the service to monitor third parties.
  • Upload sounds, images or videos that are illegal, or that you have no rights to, for your alerts and overlays.
  • Attack the infrastructure, bypass the usage limits of your plan or access data of other accounts.
  • Resell or transfer the service to third parties without the provider's agreement.
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, scrape or otherwise extract by automated means, or attempt to obtain, the models, instructions, criteria or internal workings of the service and its assistant, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The provider may limit or suspend an account that breaches these points (see "Suspension and deletion").

5. Third-party platforms

By connecting your Twitch, Kick or Spotify account you authorize the service to act on your behalf with exactly the permissions you grant. By connecting TikTok you only confirm the account is yours: the service reads your username, display name and photo, and gets no permission to act on your account. In all cases you accept the terms of those platforms, which are independent of these. The music features query YouTube through its public API without connecting any account of yours, and are also governed by YouTube's terms.

Chatlybot is not affiliated with Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Spotify or Kick. If a platform changes, limits or withdraws its API, a feature may become unavailable without that being a breach by the provider.

By turning restreaming on you authorize the service to take the public signal of your live stream on the source platform and forward it, on your behalf and with the stream key that platform assigns you, to the destination channels you choose and that belong to you. Complying with each platform's simulcasting rules is your responsibility: Twitch, for example, does not allow linking to the other stream while you are live on Twitch. Restreaming has hour limits per plan, may be interrupted if the source signal drops or a platform changes its service, and neither its continuity nor its quality is guaranteed.

6. Artificial intelligence and generated content

The bot's replies in Twitch and Kick chat, the summary of each stream and the panel assistant's answers are written by third-party artificial intelligence models: GPT-6 Luna and GPT-6.1 Sol (OpenAI) and Google Gemini. A TypeSafe AI classification model, served by Cloudflare, decides when and how AI is used and reviews what is about to be posted, without writing text. The assistant proposes changes to you and you decide whether they are applied. On TikTok the bot does not reply in chat. Which data each provider receives is explained in the Privacy Policy. Despite the service's filters, what they generate may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate.

You configure the bot's personality and decide when and to whom it replies. You are responsible for what the bot publishes in your channel, within your platform's rules. You can turn the AI off at any time from the panel.

7. Plans and usage limits

The service has a Free plan and a Pro plan. Both give access to every section of the panel, with different usage limits.

Artificial intelligence has an account usage limit, per day and per month, shared by the chat, the assistant, seeing and hearing, memory and voices, and measured by what each use costs, not by the number of messages. On the Free plan there is also a maximum number of AI replies in chat per day. When the limit is reached, the AI pauses until it renews and everything else keeps working; commands have no usage limit on any plan.

There are also limits on screens, alerts, widgets, space for your files, song searches and restreaming hours. Some features are Pro only: the bot's knowledge base, the memory that searches the channel's past, the long history of analytics and conversation, and searching the chat from the assistant; Pro also keeps some data for longer (see the Privacy Policy). The current limits and your usage are shown in "Plan and usage" in the panel, and they may be adjusted with notice.

Pro will cost USD 20 per month once it can be purchased. There are no payments today: every account is Free and the Pro plan is only enabled by hand, for testing and courtesies. Before anything is charged, the paid plan will be announced with its renewal and cancellation, and nothing will ever be charged without your express consent.

8. Your content and intellectual property

What you upload or write in the service —sounds, images, videos, command and alert texts, your links page— remains yours. You grant the provider a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to store, process and display it solely to provide you the service, for as long as you use it.

You warrant that you have the right to use what you upload. The software, brand, name and design of the service belong to the provider; using the service transfers no rights over them.

9. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of uninterrupted operation. It depends on third parties (Google, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify) and on its own maintenance, and any of them may cause interruptions.

The provider will make reasonable efforts to announce scheduled maintenance, but does not guarantee the continuity of any particular feature.

10. Suspension and deletion

The provider may limit or suspend an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service or poses a risk to third parties or to the infrastructure, notifying you except in urgent cases.

You can delete your account at any time from the panel (Account → Danger zone → Delete account). Deletion is irreversible and removes your connected channels, their configuration, points and commands, history and your links page. The files you uploaded (sounds, images, videos and profile photos) live in separate storage that is not emptied automatically when you delete your account: you can delete them yourself beforehand from "Your files", where they are deleted at once, or write to [email protected] and we will delete them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for lost profits, loss of data from a stream, sanctions or suspensions that a platform imposes on your channel, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

The provider's total liability towards you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it (today, zero). Nothing above limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Before going to court, both parties will try to resolve any disagreement by email ([email protected]). For anything not resolved that way, the courts of the United States have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

The provider may update these terms. Relevant changes will be announced in the panel and the "last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the service after the notice means accepting the new version; if you disagree, you can delete your account.

14. Contact
